Texas Arrival

Unbelievable.

Last night I received a phone call from some old clubbing friends in Dallas (I presume they assumed I'd be in town for Turkey Day) asking me to go out and meet up with them. I went out to Dallas and was pleasantly surprised by some of the successful updates. Apparently, one of my friends has just opened up a restaurant and is planning on running for city council next year. Another friend of mine who is a specialist in hair color and design has gotten a multi-million dollar opportunity with a hair design company that has given him a high six figure salary plus bonuses and commissions.

Also, today I met with my best friend and learned he has moved from a supervisor at his company to a special projects manager, where he will obtain more independence and autonomy in the workplace.

I still have so many people to see and it really is unbelievable and refreshing to see so many people I love living successfully and intensely.

My Auburndale had a lot of 13 year old gangsters in it; how about yours?

Plenty of hillbilly gangstas here. And they all carry Nextel phones and talk on their walkie talkies.
