Anyone Want My Eclipse?

I've decided I really don't need the Eclipse anymore. I bought it brand new in 2001 and have been the only owner, but for the last year I've hardly driven it at all. See, I'm in Florida and the car's in Texas. I figured it'd be better to have a personal car on file for tax purposes--and it is--but it's certainly not worth the $1500 every six months to keep it insured and registered and whatnot.

Specs: Silver 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS w/"Sun & Sound package" (i.e., sun roof & seven Infiniti speakers); manual transmission.

Anyway, I don't want to list it because it's at my parents' house in Bedford, TX and I don't want my mom to be bothered with strangers looking at it. It's got 69,000 and has been well maintained. It has a few minor body issues--the worst of which is some rust that was touched up on the driver side rear fender. I believe that problem could be corrected for under $500 (per a body shop estimate when I replaced the driver side front fender). My CD player is in the vehicle but probably needs to be changed. I can't remember if I got the CD player portion of it to work last time I had it or not (I've had the deck since like 199frickin7). Other than that, there's a stain on the ceiling from god knows what, some Armour All clouding on the speedometer window, and the hatchback cover is missing over the trunk area... I believe that's all the flaws.

KBB priced it in "GOOD" condition at $8120 but that doesn't mean a whole lot necessarily.

If you, or someone you know, is interested, please let me know!!

AND... I've already got an offer on it! True, it'd be a lease; but I'm thinking about it. I've known the girl interested for quite some time.
