Thank God I Didn't Drive.

I collected a final check from one of my customers, Kappa, a few nights ago, and just as I was about to walk out the door he asked if I'd join him and some friends at Opah in Hollywood, FL for some beers, some Hummus, and a few laughs. I, of course, accepted and immediately we started the night off with a few Heinekens. Next thing I know, I'm dancing on our table at Opah. Blah blah blah, normal night, right? Right. Until one of us--I'll not mention any names--decided to swipe a package of restaurant napkins in front of two cops as we were walking outside to go home...

...Needless to say, the black and whites weren't too keen on the idea. As they run outside of the restaurant after us, they begin spewing verbal defecation too intense for this blog. However, the curse words weren't exactly what disturbed me the most. It was more the male cop screaming, "I don't care if you're a girl; I'll knock you the fuck out! You think I won't punch you in the back of your head?!" Hearing this several times and watching his partner, a female cop get off on it much the same as the male, was a bit repulsive, to say the least. Either way, after the girl gave them a show with tears and innocent looks and whatnot, they let us go (without the napkins, of course). It really is a pity that the male cop didn't get to punch someone at least; for I fear that night his wife was in for a surprise when her husband in blue came home.
